Flatweave Styles
Flatweave styles are suitable for high-traffic areas. Regular vacuuming is recommended. For spills, promptly use a clean, undyed cloth to press and absorb as much liquid as possible. Address stains swiftly; spot clean with a mild detergent or carpet cleaner after testing on a small rug area. Avoid using bleach-based products.
Hand-knotted, Woven, Loomed, & Tufted Styles
This product is not recommended for high-traffic or damp areas. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture and use indoors only. To minimize shedding, vacuum regularly using a low-power setting. Employ a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush to prevent damage. Pile shading and tracking from footsteps are normal occurrences. Vacuum along the pile direction to prevent soil from embedding deeper into the carpet fibers. Address spills immediately by blotting with a clean, undyed cloth; avoid scrubbing, which may distort the pile.
For stubborn stains, professional cleaning is advised; harsh chemicals can harm or discolor rugs. Initial shedding of loose fibers is normal and will lessen over time; most shedding will transpire in the first three to six months. If you find any loose threads, do not pull them; trim them with scissors.
