How long does it take for orders to process and ship?

Order processing and shipping time frames can vary depending on the item you purchased and the location of your shipping address.

• Decor - Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. We ship most purchases to arrive via parcel service (UPS) within 5-7 business days from receipt of order.
• Furniture - Most in-stock furniture is delivered via our preferred White Glove service and should arrive at most destinations in the Continental US within 10–14 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order processing.
• Custom Furniture - Custom furniture will be delivered to most destinations in the Continental US within 14-16 weeks from receipt of the order. Deliveries are made Monday - Friday excluding holidays. For more information see the delivery times on an individual product page.

Express Shipping - Items eligible for express shipping methods are noted at checkout.

• Express orders received before Noon EST will be shipped the same business day.
• Orders received after Noon EST will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will ship the following business day.
• Backordered items will ship within 2 weeks after the estimated ship date.

ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO - Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. A $20 shipping surcharge applies to all orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship any items marked as White Glove (this includes all furniture) to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.
