We understand the frustration that comes with receiving a damaged or defective item. If you encounter such an issue, rest assured that we will work towards a resolution.
- Decor: If your item arrived not as described or was damaged in any way, please report it within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Furniture/Lighting: If your item arrived not as described or was damaged in any way, please report it within 24-48 hours from the delivery date. We also ask that you report the issue to the carrier.
To address the situation, we may request multiple photos of the damage or ask for the original item to be returned. Additionally, we cannot guarantee service for damaged or defective items reported more than 30 days after delivery for decor and 24-48 hours for furniture and lighting.
