We'll accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange. When returning pottery, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.

If you tried our bedding and are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. For all eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges.

The below categories are final sales and cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged:

• JA Finds -Customized/Design Your Own Items
• Final Sale Items (identified by a price ending in $0.99)
• Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)
• Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards -All orders placed through International Checkout are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
