What is the timeframe for returns and exchanges?

We'll accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number (RMA).

• Customized/Design Your Own Items
• Final Sale Items (identified by a price ending in $0.99)
• Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)
